Your appointment is very important to me; it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; so I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations & reschedules.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to give that appointment time to someone else.

As a courtesy, I send an email reminder the day before your appointment, but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

• When you book your appointment, you are asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you choose to reschedule before within 24 hours of your appointment, this will be used towards your new appointment.
• If you cancel your appointment, reschedule within the 24 hours before, or no call no show, your deposit will not be usable.

Elora will not share your email, phone number, address, or personal information with anyone, ever. Every appointment is professional and confidential. We truly appreciate your trust in our care and take your privacy seriously. Thank you!
