Our reserved time is very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; so I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations & reschedules.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to give that time to someone else.

As a courtesy, I send an email reminder the day before your session, but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.

• When you book your session, you are asked to pay in full. If you choose to reschedule before within 24 hours of your appointment, this payment will be used towards your new reservation.
• If you cancel your appointment, reschedule within the 24 hours before, or no call no show, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Elora will never share your email, phone number, address, or personal information with anyone. Every appointment is professional and confidential.
