All clients are responsible for remembering their scheduled appointment time. A reminder email will be sent 24 hours in advance as a courtesy. All bookings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is available if requested at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time. Requests made within the 12-hour window may not be accommodated. I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. I deeply respect your time and energy, and I ask for that same respect in return when it comes to honoring scheduled sessions.

I will never share your email, phone number, address, or personal information with anyone. Every appointment is professional and confidential.
